By the shadows of Pinnacle Mountain, visitors can quench thirsts or rehydrate dry sponges with free samples from the boutique’s bounty of alcoholic apple beverages and then purchase bottles of their favourite brews. Hazelnut and caramel aromas waft from a bottle of maple cider, which is made with pure Quebec maple syrup and apple brandy ($20), and fresh cream thickens ice cider and apple brandy in a bottle of Crème de Pommes ($30).
