In the kitchen at Le Milsa, cooks specialize in grilling fish, poultry, and 10 types of meats, which the wait staff serves in the Brazilian churrascaria style. Waiters glide from table to table searching for green signs, which signal them to carve juicy slices of filet mignon, turkey breast with bacon, or lamb tableside for carnivores who choose The Turnstile ($29.95). Beneath the green and yellow drapes that hang from the dining room’s ceiling, staffers drop off platefuls of smoked salmon ($23.95) or whole cornish game hen ($23.95), both grilled on charcoal. All dishes are served with salad, rice, sautéed mushrooms, and sweet potatoes, with ice cream or grilled pineapple for dessert.
