Featured by Elle Québec, Sherazaad welcomes customers with a mythical decor inspired by One Thousand and One Nights. Guests start their sessions in one of the rooms of the hammam, which are heated to 32 and 50 degrees Celsius respectively. In a tradition similar to marocan baths, the rooms combine the cleansing powers of steam heat to dilate pores and allow toxins and impurities to escape. Tiered podiums allow patrons to control their heat levels along with drench showers and a whirlpool bath, all of which contribute to feelings of deep relaxation in 30- to 60-minute sessions.

Following steams, customers receive in the hammam the exfoliating body scrub with olive-and-eucalyptus black soap, or a soothing 30-minute massage comfortably settled in an individual cabin. Then, the oriental facial commences with an argan-oil-and-orange-blossom peel followed by a mask made with Moroccan lava clay and a fortifying treatment with atlas rose water. Before departing, guests can sample fresh mint tea and cookies and grab a gift set with Eastern-inspired beauty products to maintain their newfound zen at home.
