He discovered France through its wine regions and in March 1990. In 2010, after thousands of wines tasted and having friends / suppliers among the best winemakers in France, he returned to Canada with a mission: to share his discoveries through Vin & Wine! Vin and Wine`s courses are taught in a real restaurant with their friends. Agreements with the various wines, food, wines can be expressed in their entirety. The meeting between sommeliers and restaurateurs, take you on virgin territories of the culinary arts. Vin and Wine are engaged in the promotion of healthy wines to consumers, as for winemakers. Vin and Wine promotes the merging of the senses through culinary art, musical art and pictorial art for an intense pleasure everlasting in your memory. With 25 years experience each of their respective trainers intend to translate their passions for wine, in direct benefit to your business.
