During this workshop you’ll learn to make light, airy chocolate mousse sure to tantalize guests during dinner parties for years to come. Additionally, you’ll learn to prepare, infuse, and coat uniquely flavored truffles: Chai tea, lime and basil, candied grapefruit, curry, praline, chocolate, cafe moka, and Manjari chocolate. Once you’ve completed the workshop, you’ll take home about 32 truffles and your chocolate mousse — plus the recipes for each so that you can recreate them to show off your confection skills to everyone.
