Hi I just saw this post and I have to let people know that this clinic is the wrost ever!!!!, what a nigthmare they still your money, cause first they didn't ansewr the phone for 2 weeks, then finally they answer you and they tell you everything is booked, and finally when you go NOTHING works, hahah so badddddd and no professional, I suppose to do a foot detox and it didn't work on me,I meant for real tha machine was working but somehow it just broke, so they told me next time we'll take care of you which it never happen, cause whenever you call the are always book remember? lol, anyways I had a deal to do a facial, infra red sauna (garbage), foot detos, manicure and pedicure, my friend sister and I we bougth it to do like a girls makeover, but when you do the apointment they tell you you CAN'T DO IT everything at once, so you have to go back for everything, so you ended up paying a fortune on gas, I did only the pedicure and they overcharged me 15$ extra cause it was french, we never got the facial the foot bath, the manicure….. cause after 3 motnhs they tell you: -Oh sorry your coupon is expired….. WHATTTTTTTTTTTT, you didn't answer for 2 weeks, then everything is book, you ask me to go for every service, you extra charged me, you are not giving nothing for what I pay, actually GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT ENCOURAGE THIS KIND OF PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSABLES and EVERYTHING IS BOOKED hahah sooooo BE AWARE Of this peopleeeeeee!!!
I totally agree with the comment on Aug. 15th. I bought a similar offer with Living Social and it's been a nightmare trying to get all the services I bought. They don't answer the phone and I had to drive there to get myself an appointment. BTW, they changed address and thankfully Living Social advised me of the address change. It's been 4 months of pulling-teeth experience trying to get all my appointments in. They have no concept of customer service. You do get left alone to fend for yourself. Terrible. Don't go.
