To start, dining pairs dig their appetite with miso soups before the warm JMDTT maki roll combining the smooth texture of tilapia, salmon, and tuna tartare with the crunchiness of tempura and the spiciness of a homemade marinade.
Customers choose their main course between two typical Korean dishes ; the Bulgoki, a sliced filet mignon marinated, or Dakaibi, composed of spicy marinated chicken, both accompanied with a salad, rice and yaki mandoo.
