GoodLife Fitness: FREE Teen Fitness Program This Summer (July-August)

Get your teenagers off the sofa, away from their computers and video games this summer by registering them for GoodLife Fitness`s Free Teen Fitness Program for youths between 12 and 17 years old.

This program is offered at all GoodLife Fitness Clubs between 8am-4pm, 7 days a week for July and August 2011. Participants will have full club access except for tanning, pool, sauna, whirlpools, and Hot Yoga. Registration begins on June 1, 2011 at www.goodlifefitness.com.

Ben & Jerry’s: Free Ice Cream Cone Day! (April 12)

Here’s a sign spring is finally here! Ben & Jerry’s is having their annual Free Cone Day! It is on Tuesday, April 12 from 12PM – 8PM (most store hours). Make sure you call before you go just to confirm their store hours and participation.
On their Facebook event they also encourage you to line up as many times as you want! There will surely be long line ups so get there early!
Personally, I absolutely adore Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. My favourite is the “If I Had 1,000,000 Flavours”, delicious creamy goodness.
